• Owned end-to-end delivery of the Generative AI Domain Settings feature — technical design, test plan, ML API integration, and security review — establishing the foundational domain-level controls for safe, governed AI across large enterprise customers
• Led front-end and API design for enterprise IAM features including SSO/SCIM/OIDC provisioning, multi-factor authentication, and a cross-product license entitlement system, contributing to a 30% decrease in monthly support tickets and saving over $400k annually
